Snap Wexley - Throw BB8 on there and you'll be amazed at where you can end up.
Lt. Blount - Watch him pop Stealth Device at R3 through rocks, and land an AHM on anyone he chooses.
Dutch Vander - An old stalwart made hilarious with the addition of R7-T1.

Note that I don't have any experience with Heroes of the Resistance or with the K-wing, so I wouldn't rank the pilots therein. The pilots listed are the ones that I've found effective enough that I find myself using them more often than others and with greater success.

not in the least bit helpful to anyone but Tycho is the most fun pilot for me, would really love him to be on a ship with a 3 dice primary to make him more viable again, but I just love that little A-wing, he has done so much work for me and can be hard to pin down.
