It may be a fairly common jacket. A quick trip to Krill-mart to pick up a new one is all it takes.

As for the jacket, Kylo's strike really only wrecked the lower part of it, along with a chunk of Finn's spine. So patching it up shouldn't be too difficult, if Finn didn't simply get a replacement.

Then again, considering that NONE of the promo materials or merch so much as hinted that it was Rey that was going to be the new Force-sensitive hero of this trilogy, I'd say take the image with a grain of salt. For all we know, there may well be a spoiler regarding Finn's look in Episode 8 that necessitates them using his Episode 7 look for the merch.

As far as Rey goes, the image suggests she's adopted full sleeves as part of her outfit in addition to letting her hair down, now being the one to bear what's come to be known as the Jedi mullet, a hairstyle so proudly worn by Qui-Gon in TPM, Obi-Wan in Aotc, and Anakin in RotS. Luke largely seems to have skipped the Jedi mullet, but then he did have 70's hair for ANH and ESB so perhaps he got a pass there.
