So with what appears to be a hugely popular campaign box launched, do you think FFG would consider producing a second one?

If so, what would be in it?

Would people be willing to pay money for a campaign with the same mechanics, but in a different system?

Would you pay more for more upgrades and titles?

Would you want new pilots for the waves 2 and 5 squadron packs?

What would make a second campaign worthwhile for you?

Yes

More? Probably not, but who am I kidding its an FFG product, ofc im gonna buy it.

Hard maybe.

What would make a second campaign worthwhile for you?

If it came with an SSD.

I'd pay for more squadrons, more ship titles, or more ship variants. I think somewhere in the Outer Rim would be good where the Rebels start out as the defender rather than the Empire defense feel of CC.

I would love titles or ship variants, MAYBE more squadrons for the second squadron packs. Here are the problems with more squadrons though (as I see it anyway):

There are A LOT of squadron options now, providing for combos ranging from the old standby rhymerball to Hera and some E-Wings going hunting for lynchpin squads to Jan/Biggs/Xs to Jendon/Maarek. It has gotten to the point that squadrons are nearly at the point that they overshadow ships (some would say they are past that point). As someone who loved through the days when Warmachine turned into Infantrymachine, I think it's time to cool it on squadrons for the time being.

Beyond that, fully 75% of the squadrons to release lately have been what in X-Wing are large ships. These tend to be iconic or singular ships, or at the very least (in terms of Lambda and Decimator) very hard to fit into the mold of "unique generic" and second ace. You could do it for some (at least the second ace part), but not others.

I also don't think we need more objectives. Certainly some campaign objectives would be needed, but 8 objectives per type is a really good place for diversity (even if I nearly always gravitate to Solar Corona). Titles are a great place to start, as would some commanders. Maybe one more title per ship (and some extra title for Imperials since the rebels have an extra ship). Some variants would be nice (especially to equal the amount of cardboard, maybe 1-2 per faction, and it would be cool to add commanders maybe based on the campaign itself? Problem is, I don't know of any big time canon battles where the opposing commanders aren't already represented. Maybe we will have to see what happens in Rebels for a "General Syndulla" vs Thrawn campaign?
