The rulebook says Gafford is the starting home port, but all three of the starting plot cards say that Garnott is the starting home port. Which is it?

if you read the text on the plot cards,on teh one too hand it says,

"fortunately,a small band of heroes had recently discovered a magical ship near the city of garnott in the land of torue albes.."

it doesn't say the players start there.
