Have a player requesting something specific.

I'm looking for a Star Wars version of something like a small mech. Something like those Mecha in Avatar, or in the third Matrix?

Does anyone have a suggestion?

I imagine you could pretty easily reskin a small walker to fit this sort of role, depending on what your players wants to do with it. Something like the AT-RCT riot control walker from Far Horizons would suit well.

AT=PT should work just fine. You could mount a cargo arm on it if you absolutely must have arms.

Power-Armor is in the game, augmented armor, plenty of versions included.

Cool. Effectively the player is looking for an armored Walker type that could fit in a YT. Wants to be encased/protected but have guns.

I can easily modify something to fit. Hydraulics and blasters. But was hoping there was already something else.

Well, a (modified) YZ-775 can certainly store a pair of X-Wings and a pair of AT-PTs or Hunchbacks.Though even the Hunchbacks are too big for the cargo hold of an YT or similar light freighter. They would fit into a container which gets transported by the a small YT external, so you could drop to in the mission area and use them after 10 minutes or so of setup.

External containers, which a YT class freighter can take iirc one.
