I played a lot of zuckuss and he's just...Guilty!

I have banished him from my list building.

If you want to compete at the higher levels (certainly Regionals or above) there is nothing wrong with playing the powerful, even broken (*cough*Zuckuss*cough*) cards. You're trying to seriously compete, presumably. (If you're not trying to seriously compete, of course there's nothing to stop you from playing at Regionals, but ... why? I mean, unless those are the only X-Wing games you can find?)

But even knowing this intellectually, I just feel dirty playing the power cards or broken cards. It impacts my enjoyment. Almost as much as continually losing to the power cards or broken cards does.

But that's on me. It's only one of the reasons I don't play higher than Regionals.

I do have a 'fun' Mindlink list that I feel a bit bad about, but it's HWK, Scyk, G1-A and Quadjumper and I reckon they need all the help they can get.

I just purchased a Mist Hunter; shhhh, don't tell anyone. I've hated seeing Zuckuss messing with my Aces: hated it! I'm kind of fearing opening the package. Will it get on me? I just want the Adaptability cards.....

I have Sabine in a non-k-wing list, she's on a u-wing that's flying alongside a bomber y and an ace b, not sure if that's bad, the bombs are about the second least deadly, seismic charges, just because I couldn't put any other types of bombs on either

Of course, I'm so tired of the endless, power creep, the NPE experiences, the WAAC players, the cheesy upgrades and the OP pilotos... They made me puke.

I play the good guys, imperials, and i'm gradually dismissing all those hideous cards.

First I gave up with Howlrunner, no more OP TIE swarms for me...

Then I banned Soontir to myself, no more untouchable Varon anymore.

And then Vader... No more X1 ATC vader.

Then, and that was hard... Whisper. The days of the invincible phantom are gone for good.

Omega Leader, the Inquisitor? Nevermore. Bomber alpha strike? No! Upsilon with Kylo? Nor even a bit...

And then, at last, with all the pain of my heart... Palpatine... Yes, the very Emperor himself... with an herculean effort I put my Palp in the closet.

But now... now I'm feeling good with myself, I know that I'm doing the right thing, for me and for others.

So no more WAAC cards, no more overpowered ships, not even the Palpshuttle.

Besides, with those 29 points, now I'm running a third delta defender, so I can put Swarm leader on Vessery without losing PtL in Ryad...

I call them "The Casual Blackjack©" You know, triple x7, 21. Because I'm fluffy.
