So... still no "no disintegrations" here in Sweden...

Still waiting for my copy that I ordered from the sci-fi bookshop (sfbok.se).

If it's any consolation, us Norwegians don't have it either.

If they did, then they'd have to have known about it beforehand as it doesn't take days to sail from the UK to Sweden...

Considering how long it took to get it in the UK I really feel for those who yet have not received a copy. well gutted for ya, it's just really bad Customer PR.. if it was the public sector someone would have been fired from office or at least, in the UK, vilified in the press and on 'I Have I got News For You'

The thing that annoys me most (and it seems to be the general consensus) is that FFG hasn't mentioned anything about this. They don't even aknowledge that there's a problem.

UPDATE: It might have arrived in Sweden.

It's listed as available in one of the stores on www.sfbok.se but it's not available in their mail-order and I still haven't gotten any notification that I'll be getting it any time soon.

Also, still no word from FFG on this mess...

Just to annoy me further, it seems that two of the three stores got No Disintegrations. But not the mail-order warehouse.
And now one of the stores (the one close to me) is sold out.
And still no copy for me.
And since it's easter holidays, customer service won't reply for at least a few days.

FFS, you're supposed to send out inventory to those who preorder BEFORE you start stocking the stores...

This whole thing is giving me a nervous breakdown.

Ok, looks like it's finally gonna show up.

Had a chat with their customer service, they've got it in stock at the mail order warehouse now.

Still no word from FFG on why this all happened?

If it happens again, I'm definately not going to be putting any money into FFG products any more.

Fingers crossed u get it soon man... The wait was bad enough in the uk! It's worth it in the end tho!

FFG certainly messed up with this release, but even more so with lack of communication regarding the late shipping/delivery times.

Yeah, the delay would be acceptable if only they said a peep about it.
But the silence just shows a company that doesn't care about their customers.

Yeah, I just got an e-mail today that it's being shipped to me now. It'll be 1-2 business days of shipping so I'll get it tomorrow or monday.

It's here. I have it in my hands.

Last time FFG, that's the last time you ever pull a stunt like this without communicating a single word to us.

I'm not buying anything else if you keep this frankly sh*tty business practice up.

I've preordered Ghosts of Dathomir and Disciples of Harmony.. I have no idea when I'll get them but it seems that EVENTUALLY FFG honour any preorders *fingers crossed*

TBH I'm more interested in Career splat first, setting next and pre-written last.
