I would downgrade Arq to a Raider to add ET to Demo. XI7 may be a better pick than HTT. Do you really need a Gunnery Team on ISD1? OE may be a better pick and save you 7 points. High Capacity Ion Turbines may be an interesting play.

I don't feel this is a good squadron selection - almost all of them have 3HP and no Intel. They'll drop very fast to Mittel/Ship AS fire.

The only parts of you comment I took to heart was the Raider and XI7 parts (thought I am trying to make HTT work).

1. I decided to pass on ET to do upgrades elsewhere. I might add Monferant onto Demo though. Gunnery Team on an ISD is always a solid choice and why do OE when I can do leading shots to reroll everything? I don't think HCIT is worth it.

2. You can feel that way but Mittel isn't a sure bet as much as he used to be and I am willing to take the risk with ship AS fire. Also, I want them to get stuck in. I could bring Jumpmaster, or I could bring Saber squadron to snipe. This is an 81 point squadron list. It's not meant to dominate. It is meant to engage, delay, and take as many with them as they can.

Well, Demo without ET is much less scary as its threat radius is much less (Although JJ helps there, so it may work out in the end). I'm not a fan of Gunnery Team on a ISD1 unless the intention is to use a second shot for AS (or it has Spinals). OE allows to modify side arcs and produces higher damage output compared to LS.
