Seems like a solid character.

- I don't see any problems with any of the abilities

- We don't already have a character that's similar to this one

- Power level is probably on the lower side, but by no means is this character one of the worst

- for starting area, Crags make more sense, but that's not a big deal

I agree the crags would be a better starting location.
