Hi. If one Rebel player leaves campaign after first game and a new Rebel player decides to buil a new fleet. What will happen in the next management phase can we share all resource points between all of oss three Rebel players and rebuild all our fleets, including a new Rebel player?

When a fleet is retired, all of its resource points are lost.

Resource points can not be shared between players.

Of course, you can house rule anything you want.
