If Obi-Wan uses Force Rush at the beginning of his activation to gain 2 movement points and then plays Urgency, can he move 6 spaces then attack then move back two spaces? I've heard you have to use all the movement points from urgency immediately, but that wouldn't consume any leftover points you have saved up would it?

He would need to use all movement points from Urgency during Urgency. You cannot spend movement points from the movement point pool during an action, so Urgency does nothing to the movement points in the movement point pool. Obi-Wan would still have 2 left after resolving Urgency.
