Been there - I posted my custom huge carrier long time ago, had model ready, rules were WIP (Wraith Assault Carrier - its on the forum somewhere) and them BAM! FFG announced Gozanti....

Same here but not for FFG. Ask any model builder who has scratch built a rarity if they had been "ninjad" and you'll probably get a yep.

Ok, update: last night I went on a creative spree, ripped apart my first attempt, went back to the drawing board and pretty much finished the bridge section! Photos should be uploaded tonight after work!

Not a problem, until I can, the "gunnery deck" is mostly the same size as the CR90. Overall, I'm trying to make it roughly the same length as the CR90. (Regardless of what the actual scale might be)

Wow, great work...see, if I try a scratchbuilt like this, parts like those 'wings' either side will end up different shapes, no matter how carefully I measure them! :rolleyes:
