I've got nearly all the parts to make a swiveling turret. What I'm looking for is a plastic disk, about 3/4" wide and about 2-3mm thick. Preferably with a slope like a Games Workshop 28mm base, but thinner. I'm going to mount the gun on the disk, and then use some plastic dowels and tubes that I got from a hobby store to make the actual mount.

I've looked at some hobby stores and toy aisles at store, but haven't found anything that fits the bill yet. Any ideas?

Not sure where you are, but in the States Lowe's, Home Depot and Ace Hardware will have some small plastic or nylon washers. They will be in the hardware isle in the 'drawers of many specialty items' at the big box stores. Radio Shack may be an option too. You may have to taper the edges yourself. Just use a hobby knife and scrape a taper vs trying to cut it.

I"m in the US. And yeah, I'll have to look into plastic washers.
