Quick question, a Striker with adaptive ailerons is ioned. We played it that the Striker still must perform one of the three boosts then reveal the dial for a one forward.

Is this the correct interpretation? I couldn't find any previous references to this situation.

No dial, no boost, IMHO.

Cant do any before maneuver effects if you dont have a dial to reveal. Same for post reveal. However after maneuver still works.

If you've have an ion token on your ship... your only move is one straight. He doesn't get the use the Adaptive ailerons boost until the effects wear off, ie your next turn.

AA is immediately before you reveal your Dial. Ionized you don't assign a dial. So no dial to reveal no AA.
