I hit with 3 crits, face up damage card, Does your opponent draw 3 cards and I pick one 3 times? or is it they draw 3 cards the first time and then 2 cards and flip them over like a regular crits?

... and face-up cards are completely resolved before drawing the next one.

First face-up card: Maarek player takes 3 card and "deals" one to the ship then discards the other two.

Second face-up card: Repeat as you did the first face-up card.

Third face-up card: Repeat as you did the first face-up card.

If Maarek gets to deal three face-up cards to a ship's hull he will pick one out of three cards to deal and do so three times. This will put six cards in the discard pile.
