WEG Restriction Rules

Somebody somewhere mentioned that WEG used a bit more detailed list for restricted/legality of equipment, but I forget the thread and the user.

I'm just curious as to what they are, so if someone can point me in the direction of the book they can be found, that would be appreciated.

In the core rules for the WEG d6 SWRPG, items could either be normal, licensed (F), restricted (R), or illegal (X). Blaster pistols, for example, required licenses to own and carry. Most other weapons, such as blaster rifles, were tagged as restricted. Illegal items included such things as disruptors and neural weapons. Just as with FFG, each book that contained lists of equipment would also list that gear's restriction level and rarity (with a scale of common=1, uncommon=2, rare=3, very rare=4). The adventure supplement The Far Orbit Project has 7 pages of equipment.

The licensed (F) category is for fairly legal items that require a fee (thus the F) to obtain a license for legal ownership. Restricted items require a lot more to own legally, usually involving active membership in a paramilitary organization (ESPOS, Bounty Hunters Guild, etc.) recognized by the Empire.

Try this. Whipped it up after looking over the rules. This covers almost every piece of equipment in AoR, except for Onslaught at Arda I, and some of the named ships. I also didn't cover most of the vehicles from the various adventures.
