Nope, as noted in the huge thread about it, I think you're on point, and I think they need to nerf the ship itself somehow rather than nerfing every single upgrade or ability that it uses to be powerful.

I'll be really ticked if they nerf Mindlink because Jumps are overpowered.

Yup. I played the Defenders on the table next to you :D

Jumpmasters have always been way more popular in Europe than the US.

Just wondering why there is no list for the Yavin and Lothal evens ? I thought they put at lest the Top 8 in LJ ?

I was told Lothal would have been put on LJ, it seems there had been some problems.

I could work out the top 8 thought, since I was there. But I don't have all the names of the players

EDIT: Yavin top 8 was already posted in this forum, I'll try to find it too

Humm, I have been trying to noodling a way to make importing list to the Cryodex software easier.

I am not a code monkey I am the evil idea guy :D

But the idea would be you have an app/program that has a tournament sheet, it populates via a link/hash, adds your info then generals a hard copy with a QR code.

As people sign in, they scan the QR and boom list, debris, Deck info is all entered.

I think the bigger issue would be getting all the iOS, Android/Web apps to play nice with a common generator for the QR code, so it could be scanned from the screen.

Pipe dreams I am sure lol

So, despite repeated strikes with the nerf-bat, the JumpMaster is still the most common ship type in the top 8 (followed by the K-wing seemingly). Does this have to go down as the most overpowered/undercosted relese FFG have made? Or am I being harsh? Is it simply that its huge range of upgrade slots make it very flexible and suited to lots of different lists?

It comes in the flavours of Ace, Support, Tank, Bumper and Damage Dealer. I don't know any other ship that can fulfill all those roles competitively. That said, I wager that with Manaroo's nerfing and Dengar no longer defying all the rules of dice, that we'll see a lot less of the Ace and Support variety served up this season.

I assume you mean K4 and R5P8 respectively here as K3 doesn't exist and R5P9 is a different slot...

i personally put the entire day two cut for Yavin into Listjuggler, so that info is definitely out there!

EDIT: here we go

http://lists.starwarsclubhouse.com/get_tourney_details?tourney_id=2627

there are a few oddities due to people dropping out, but pretty much everyone is on there. sort by score and you should have them all.

To be fair, part of is also that scum had very few competitive ships before the jumpmaster...

Check out the XWS Spec - it already has experimental QR code support

Wow, nice.

Off hand do you know of any apps that are currently using it ?

-R

I know YASB has QR code support, maybe the other web builders too. I haven't had the chance to integrate QR codes into Aurora Squad Builder yet. Aurora and all the online builders use the xws spec at least. I'm assuming the other android ones do as well, but can't speak to them personally.

I compiled the top 8 of Yavin, Lothal and Tatooine, thanks to Old Para and Atr.

I only miss details on Micheal Geringer's Oicunn setup from Lothal.

MJ now you should have almost everything ready to be put on the first page

EDIT: oh you already did, I hadn't notice. I updated Lothal a bit thought

I caught that as well but figured it was a typo due to being 101 points

Oops, yeah I propagated the error -- it has been fixed.

To all -- if anything in the Top 8 is wrong from any of the tournaments, please let me know and I will update the OP.

Former. This release has been a blight on balance. Not the last, certainly not the first, but it's been bad.
