Acts of Renown in CC

By Lukiki, in Star Wars: Armada

I thought I'd create a thread where people could record legendary, awesome or ridiculous acts by your fleet during the course of the campaign. I love these kinds of narratives and the stories that come with them.

For example (this is 100% true):

My Ketsu Onyo has done the following in 4 games:

Game 1: killing blow on an interdictor with Grand Moff Tarkin on board

Game 2: killing blow on 2 victory star destroyers

Game 3: killing blow on an imperial star destroyer with Moff Jerjerrod on board

Game 4: Killing blow on a victory star destroyer and an imperial star destroyer with Admiral Motti on board.

So somehow over the course of 4 games my ships have managed to get most of the enemy ships down to 1-2 hull points by the start of the squadron phase. With Onyo's grit, rogue, bomber, speed 4 and 2 blue dice, she has been the perfect ship hunter to clean up. Several of these kills were done on turn 4 right before the ships escapted via hyperspace (the interdictor, 1 victory and both imperial star destroyers).

On the flip side, one of my teammates did a broadside with a MC80 Assault Cruiser with an Akbar buff. Even with this and the leading shots reroll, it did a grand total of 1 damage to the shield of the interdictor at medium range.

Is it an act of renown for my Arquitens, over the course of 4 games, to have made a grand total of two attacks, inflicting a grand total of three points of damage?

I'll give a renown-worthy shoutout to my opponent's Yavaris/Adar/Rieekan/Luke-on-crack squadron that has blown up three ships more or less on his own, yet has never gained veterancy because he gets slowly focused in revenge, even with Biggs protecting him.

All hail Sabre Squadron!!!!!

Snipe (6) (Howlrunner & Flight controllers). Rolled 2 accuracies and 4 hits, without even needing the swarm reroll.

Bye bye Jan from within the middle of an X-Wing scrum.

It was close range with the one hit re roll MC80 broadside. Not good for the morale of the fleet!
