Oh lord. I know for sure that most of you have already found this out...

I, unfortunately, am a dingbat that has been struggling with the new forum format.

Then I read Gink's post in the "forum dark theme" thread and was shocked that I hadn't noticed it sooner.

Anyone out there that is still in the dark ages and as much as a dingbat as me...

all you have to do is press the blue dot or star next to the title? really? it has been there the whole time...

I can finally clear out my unread topics...

It was there in the old forum too....

In "my profile" you can adjust notification/email preferences

When search function fails its a lot easier to find lost threads in the authors profile "find my content" under topics created.

You can sort the forums by most replies if you feel like it.

Yeah, Gink told me about this too. I couldn't work it out myself.

Although, on the subject of list threads from an author, I did look for the excellent strategy thread on deployment that Gink posted last year, but couldn't see it in his ' threads' part of his profile.

Either I was looking poorly (likely) or it wasn't there in the new format.

Go to player profile, click on see activity, click on topics.

Its a bit glitchy on your own profile, but works on others.

I've been looking for this. I miss the button actually labeled "go to first unread post." Thanks for the heads up.

Because he put that he had the answer to something I've been looking for/missing with the new forums right in the title and I didn't read the other thread. Also you can't have likes just because you whined about not getting likes even if maybe you should get some. Sorry.

Mouse over the thread title and hold it there. After a few seconds it pops up the last and first post. Your welcome.
