Yes.

Whenever you control multiple effects with the same timing window (such as attack dice modifications), you get to choose the order in which to apply them. In this case, yes, it makes the most sense to use Norra's TL to add an <eye> before using Expertise to turn that <eye> into a <hit>. Similarly, this is why you usually want to spend a TL for its normal effect first (re-rolling dice) before spending a Focus when you have both, because any dice re-rolled into <eyes> would be useless if you spent Focus first, then TL.

i was just unsure because You cannot double modify a dice, right? So I thought that using the TL to add the focus is one modification, and that you couldn't use expertise to change that added focus into a hit...

Glad to know it works this way because I am thinking of building a hard hitting Norra may be fun to play. Give her the Weapons Engineer and M9-G8, Expertise.

You can modify your dice as many times as you have effects that can provide modification.

The restrictions are that you can't reroll the same die more than once and you can spend a more than one token on the same effect during the same attack.

You cannot reroll a dice twice. A dice can be modified however many times as is possible, so long as you don't reroll it more than once.

I have a regional tournament coming up in 2 days and I am getting rather scared now. All the lists I've played this week trying to find a decent one that I would want to play 5-10 games with is tough!

Been through a Kanan/Biggs/Rex list that on paper looks awesome, but it was so hard to keep in formation that I don't want to punish myself on tournament day and want to find something else more forgiving.

So now I am thinking of making a Jan Ors, Norra, _________ list... though I don't know what 3rd ship to put in there, a U-wing? I only have 1 ARC so I can't put Shara in there....

Putting Advanced Sensors on Kanan make it much easier to stay in formation with Biggs. You have Kanan take his action and then bump into Biggs.

Logic mate. Use it what would be the point of Norra's ability if it would not allow you to double mod?
