"Choose one armor/weapon per rank" the text don't have a limitation, so can i choose to upgrade my weapon twice if i have rank 2 in Jury Rigged?
Do we have a limit? For me the limit is the rank and you can "stack" upgrades.
It is different from Tinkerer, due to the text below

"he can only do this once per equipment"

You have a list of X weapons/armor you have improved, where X is the number of ranks.

It is pretty clear you can only make one change to each in my reading.

I guess it isn't totally specific, but if the answer to the question "which items have you jury-rigged" is "my favourite blaster and then my jury-rigged favourite blaster", that isn't a list of two weapons in my book, but only one.

Jury Rigged is a "one item per rank" talent. So each rank has to be applied to a separate item per the RAW.
