Regional Rebels (ARC-170's and ...?)

Howdy ya'll!

So I've been practicing for Regionals next month with my Norra/Shara/Biggs squad and so far I am 5-2 with it.

**Note** Still undecided on Crew for Shara. Weapons Engineer, while it makes sense, has rarely been useful in practice. So thinking about C-3PO for survivability as Shara has gone down very quickly after Biggs in most games.

While this setup seems to work, I wonder how Bodhi Rook would fare over a typical Biggs?

My thinking is this; for the same points, I can take Bodi Rook (U-Wing) with Inspiring Recruit, Pivot Wing and Collision Detector.

I am worried about receiving stress, as it breaks Norra's main gimmick and it's not great for anyone else either. But in particular, DOUBLE stress from stresshogs or other means will be particularly bad for me. That's the thinking behind having Inspiring Recruit. The other two upgrades are free so they're just bonuses - if they help great, if they don't, no big deal.

Bodhi's ability plays well with Norra in theory... getting target locks is top priority and it doesn't hurt for Shara to get them either - especially since she can share them with someone else (i.e. - Norra) at range 1-2.

What do you guys think? Does this seem at all viable or should I just stick with the tried and tested, faithful Biggs?

Perhaps I'm just looking for an excuse to buy a U-Wing and see it on the table :P

So Bodhi Rook piloting the U Wing does the target lock coolness, add Jyn Erso & Jan Ors so that you can hand out focus and turn one of the focus tokens into an evade token, that helps survivability.

The ARCs each have Alliance Overhaul (of course) and Vectored Thrusters, that is because I have found the barrel roll action to be much more useful than the tail gunner.

Norra gets VI for pilot skill 9 and R2D2 for shield regen, Shara gets Snap Shot as I've found it works quite well on something with an Aux fire arc and R7-T1 as it helps snag a TL and the boost can clear you out of arc and then you can shoot them from your Aux arc.

Optionally you could move Jan Ors to one of the ARC-170s so you're not putting all your crew in one carrier.

Anyway, just my 2 pennies worth, either way good luck at the regionals.

Use M9G8 and Weapons Engineer on Shara. TL Norra so she gets a reroll, and the enemy to make them reroll crits into hits, procing Biggs bot. When Biggs dies, Shara can TL two enemies, making them both reroll hits to help her and Norra survive. It works great, I used it in my Norra/Shara/Biggs list.
