Your list is a little low on Hp & attacking figures. Your main hitters are shyla, vinto, pirates and greedo sometimes. That gives you 6 attacks (2 from vinto) but if you lose vinto, you lose a lot of firepower. Greedo is probably only half an attacker too

Shyla will fall fast as she is the main close target in your list.

I would recommend cutting hired guns or greedo and throwing in ePigs, ePirates, Bossk, some attacking units. You need some more guns. I guess regular nexu can also fit but it's damage isn't that high and there is no synergy with traits/command cards

Based on the points I assume you mean elite weequays. I like your list but here is what I would do:

4 points leftover doesn't leave much room, I think for any real options if you've already got Greedo you'll have to make more space.

Drop the hired guns and devious scheme, pick up Onar and a rUgnaught. Onar will give you some defensive toughness and options, while the ugnaught will easily replace the utility of the hired guns.

Alternatively drop just the hired guns and pick up eGamorrean guards. They can fill a similar role but are a lot meatier and will absorb hits well.

Definitely drop hired guns. So many options in Merc with 8: Bossk, ePigs, HKs, ePirates+1. With your list I'd say try the pigs, but Bossk is also legit.
