I'm loving Jerjerrod on Arquitens. Put them at speed 2, stack a maneuver token on them, and you don't really need to worry about navigate commands for the rest of the game.

I worry about the VSD only because it has always seemed so easy to kill. But my instincts are based on pre-wave-5 experiences.

What's the plan with the squadrons? It looks like a bomber screen. There are a lot of escorts. Are they there just to protect Dengar? Have you considered Valen Rudor or Mauler Mithel? With all that Escort protection they could last a while.

The fighter screen may be a little overkill. 3 escorts means a well protected Dengar. I think Mauler Mithel will be a good bet and then you could relax some of the other anti fighter stuff and add a few bombers like firesprays (rather than twice that number of Tie-Bombers to keep the activations lower). Tempest squadron too can give you a little more anti-ship for only 1 point more than a regular Tie-A.

I worry about the VSD. It is reasonably protected with the ECM but your other ships can't support it against a determined charge other than by harassing flank fire. Enemy Imperials could be a problem. You could eat into the fighter build to swap the tooled up VSD for a cheap ISD as it can take more hits and can always speed up to avoid being singed out. At speed 3 with 4-5 yaw they are tricky to pin down.

The other arquitens title could give the vsd that extra Protection.

I actually like that idea.

To everyone else, I am more concerned about massed bombers than I am about putting my own bombers into the fleet. That being said I have modified the list based off some commentary.
