So I was looking at the NOVA primer and I was wondering if anyone could clarify if you register individually and partners are random every round as opposed to having the same partner all the way through?

Random partners each round. I'm intrigued as to whether or not parings will keep factions together. An odd number of each faction could easily screw that up.

And if "Friendly" ships include allied ones for game effects, I'm definitely excited for it, and I am thankful for the confirmation that I was correct that I didn't need partner beforehand like some of the team events for the other games
