Hi fellow WH:I players!
We will have our first ever WH:I tournament in Cologne (Germany). Here are the details:
Location: Hiveworld, Mauritiussteinweg 96, 50676 Cologne (NRW)
Start: 11 a.m.
Tournament fee: 5,- Euros
Format: Constructed (50-100 cards) Swiss
Allowed cards: Core Set and The Skavenblight Threat (we don't have more sets in Germany, yet)
Prizes: depending on the player count
2-3 players: 1 The Skavenblight Threat battle pack
4-5 players: 2 The Skavenblight Threat battle packs
6-7 players: 1 tournament kit
8-9 players: 1 tournament kit and 1 The Skavenblight Threat battle pack
10-11 players: 1 tournament kit and 2 The Skavenblight Threat battle packs
etc.
The prizes will be given out as follows:
We open each battle pack and the first player picks a card he wants, then the second, etc. You continue picking cards until no cards are left. The tournament kits will be divided between the first 2 players: both get a badge and the first player chooses between the folder and the play mat. The second player gets the remaining item.
We will play 3-4 rounds, depending on the player count:
up to 8 players: 3 rounds
9-16 players: 4 rounds
If there should be more players, we will raise the round count accordingly.
