I assume these don't work together but I actually only got the reverse answer so far in a local group:

Correct.

With Stealth Device you'd have the option of using (Your agility +1 - usually 3) OR (the speed of your manoeuvre) as the value you would then add range bonus, obstruction bonus etc to.

Either way, if you were hit, you'd discard the stealth device.

I'm not saying that Sarko should take Expose, but if he did he would essentially ignore its penalty as long as he was moving at least speed 2.

He also ignores tractor bean tokens so you can fling him at people with the tug boat array.

Yes his ability is not agility, thus is not affected by it. It does still get range and obstructed bonuses, since those are add dice not add agility.

Its a weird move. On ANY other ship it would be a menacing ability (100% immune to Tractor effects long as you move fast enough) but tugboats have like no damage lol...and the only way to improve that damage is a 4PT action ept.

There's always Fearlessness for 1 point or Swarm Leader for 3. Trick Shot for 0 points kind of boosts damage as well.

Just realized this the other day. Pretty sure that's what they were going for with his ability.
