So a friend has said he's planning on bringing the following, more for the sheer number of hull points. This will be for basic Death Match giggles, not for any serious tournament build.

What build would anyone suggest to counter it? I'm toying with an X-Wing x4, B-Wing x4, Norra kind of starting point, probably two GR-75 Combats with Expanded Hanger, and with some CR-90s with TRC and probably Mon Mothma to counter.

Multiple ISD-2 Build to Counter
Rogue bombers and multiple MC30 with 5 activations. TRC90s also work but harder to pull off as ending in a medium range is (almost) certain death
EDIT: Or if you want to troll him as Empire - bring ISD1 with Gunnery teams/LS/XI7/Tua/ECM and a bid for first/last.

To counter defence, u need defensive assets
Or find a list to escape the front kill zone. And then flank him to death.
A bunch of MC30s with Mothma and Assault Proton Torps. Bury his 14 hull under a mountain of crits, and waste his Reinforced Blast Doors.
Try this, if it's not too late.
Take 2nd player force him to choose from your objectives... opening salvo, fighter ambush, and superior positions
If opening salvo:
Use Yavaris to activate Luke and Nym through the relay ability in the VCX-100s from across the map (at motti first) keep biggs and the xwings nearby (but out of range if possible to soak damage the ships fire at Luke, and take out his defenses and deal damage direct to his ship. Opening salvo gives you half the value of every ship with at least one damage on it. Use the MC 30 at long range to throw 2 black and a red at his ships with Sato, use your turbolsaer reroutes to grant damage if needed and reroll you black dice with ordinance experts until you get a black crit. Then use the assault protons to deal damage direct....
If you keep your ships away and prevent destruction, even if you don't sink an ISD, you'll get 180 points for putting a damage on each.
If fighter ambush, do pretty much the same thing, and use luke to collect victory tokens
If superior positions, do the same thing except target the rear hullzone of his ISDs, rake in victory points....
It's entirely possible to sink an ISD once it's lost it's defense tokens, and once Motii's gone, the others are sitting ducks...
