How many TIE fighters constitute a "wing"?

72. A wing is composed of six squadrons of 12 fighters -- 4 regular TIE squadrons, and 2 specialty squadrons (usually bombers or interceptors). A squadron is made up of 3 flights of 4 fighters. Flights are split into 2 elements of 2 fighter each. At least according to the Star Wars Sourcebook.

If you're referring to the (potential) final confrontation with Moff Dardano I don't think "wing" (pg 43) is meant as a technical aeronautical term but rather informally referring to the TIE bomber's escort of 2 TIE Interceptors (mentioned in the next sentence).
