Many people just can't wrap their heads around it. For example if I had to solve a rubix cube to proceed in the game, I would just pack it back up in the box and stick it in the back of my closet.

There's an easily overlooked rule on p.15: The player "[...] may spend any number of Clues to perform an equal number of additional puzzle steps." It's especially useful when you know you'll have the right answer in the next guess or the guess after that and don't want to spend another action in order to solve it.

It also works as a slight mitigator on any personal difficulty one might experience with some puzzle or another.

My eyes cannot process 3D cinema and my brain cannot seem to process this type of puzzle as well... its a colour and a shape, I``m told a correct shape is in the right place, but not which place it is. People have been helpful, telling me what to do, but the colours are now changed into numbers from 0 to 5.. that`s a extra level of detail i have to handle. It bugs me when say i may get 3 out of 5 right, but i`m shown 3 boxes, but what 3,from the left or the right...? I went onto youtube and watched others battle themselves over this puzzle, the pace of the game slowed down as a group of people all not knowing what they are doing right....... As for page 15,yes i know and tried that but after over 40 go`s i was getting nowhere..!!!

Numbers or colored runes, the puzzle is always the same. If you have three right, try to find one number / color that's not present in the scheme, and then use it to understand the exact position of the other elements.

Or next time you have a puzzle to solve, post it on BGG asking for help. Surely someone's online and can help

There is no difference from the color runes to the numbers. Its the exact same thing. Until you better understand the puzzle maybe simplify the help Julia provided earlier. Do one of each number to see how many of each are used and sets a good base to test against. Then do all 1s, then 2s etc to see the exact number of each. This isnt the most efficient way but it simplifies it. Once you have the times you use each symbol you can try placing them in the spots but do not confirm it. Review a previous attempt and see if the changes could work. It may take a couple guesses to build up attempts to test against. You can also substitute in items that you know aren't used to confirm a result.
