In the case of having a misprinted die or dice, is there a process for getting them replaced?
Misprinted dice
Two words unfortunately : 'Good Luck"
There's a debate about the replacement policy. As far as I can tell, FFG only replaces the card. It's a sore spot for some.

There might be a debate about how crappy Asmodee's policy is... but there is no debate about what is actually being done.
They just send you a new booster. That is all....

But does it contain a replacement for the misprinted die? Or is it a crapshoot like normal booster pulls?

It's just a regular booster. Same as you would find in the store. Open a Darth Vader with a misprinted die? Asmodee will send you a new booster in the mail. Which might contain a shiny new BB-8 or Rey's Staff to replace your defective Darth Vader.
Edited by Stone37Anybody got numbers on failure quotas?
We have about 200 dice among my regular play group and not a single misprint, at least as far as I could tell.
That's a real bummer for those affected.
We know that it was originally a larger percentage, because it was quoted as one of the reasons for the late product/limited supply
Someone on eBay just got $80 for a misprinted Falcon dice. Who knows if that's legit or shill bidding.

Wow, really? I have one of those. It's my MILL-ennium Falcon

I received a replacement booster pack, and it contained a corrected Falcon die.

Did they make it clear it was a misprinted die?
If so then more fool the buyer and fair winds and following seas the seller.

They did. I also saw a misprinted Han that went for best offer, but was also listed for $80.
I can see where some collectibles that are misprinted/errored can be fun to have, but not gaming material like dice. I can't understand why someone would pay so much for a misprinted Destiny dice that they could never use.

i think it's going to boil down to collectors hoping to make a profit later on down the road, just like what happens with figures and statues with some form of misprint.. it's the rarity that drives up the price
that said i completely agree with you, i'm not sure myself but i can't imagine a misprint for a game actually being worth anything later down the line and thus will be a waste of an investment.. but i've been wrong before. but not a risk i think is worth taking
