Two extra HP easily makes up for losing the proton torpedo launcher, and in every other way the C-ROC seems to be an improvement over the Gozanti. Of course, it may lose out on Sensor Range or something else that hasn't been mentioned.

Got another question, this time about the light flame projector. Does it use ranged light for its skill? How many HP?

Dont forget the two additional HPs thanks for jury rigged and tinkerer. So that can go up to 7 HPs!

Better tell that to my GM then. Doesn't help the text is very broad when it says 'improvement'.

There's nothing broad in the write up.

Effect in this contest should be read quality, I guess, besides, it would not help if you REDUCE your hardpoints by one. ;-)
Though Soak it is not either it seems, as it is not listed. Increasing range or melee defense is questionable use for jury rigged imho.

That part of the sentence is referring to what it does to weapons.
