You might want to watch, um, I mean play Rebel Assault 2 again. You can totally manuever the guns, just not turret-like.

But it I can totally see that crew slot going to a specialist that handles the adavanced Systems and cloaking tech, as well as assisting with the weapons and other duties. It's not like the Phantom was a super new prototype just entering production or anything. Oh. Wait.....

Btw I'm all in favor of Super Fat Horton! TLT with or without title, B-rolling or boosting like crazy, even add that 3 point focus/regen droid or just an R2 for da greens. Horton is one bad mutha that absolutely needs an EPT.

And Kayan Farlander, being the EU pilot of that lone Y-wing surviving the battle of Yavin needs to be in a Y. His pilot ability is perfect as well, since he spends stress and the Y has crap for greens. No need for expertise! Just stress this mutha like crazy with rage and stress/focus on every shot. Add Astro of choice for spice.

Keyan in a Y-wing will only ever have one Astromech: R3-A2. The Keyan Stress-Hog would be scary.

The same situation (according to "Rogue One Ultimate Visual Guide") for the TIE Striker (TIE/sk).

The TIE Striker should be treated just like the TIE Phantom. With a crew slot.

The sad state of affairs for the Rebel Y-wing needs to be addressed. I am not talking about on the table performance, I am talking about having only 4 total pilots in the game. What!

Striking a balance between Gold and Gray squadrons, I would suggest a re-painted Y-wing mini be made with Gray Squadron coloration.

I also would like to see a "Poe-re-issue" sort of thing going on with at least one of the current named pilots. I would like to see Horton Salm re-issued as a new pilot card with an EPT. He is a general, after all, and a long-time proponent of the Y-wing. Maybe even Dutch Vander, too.

Ekelarc Yong (Gray Squadron, his astromech droid, R5-P9, is already in the game)

Davish Krail (Gold Squadron)

Tiree (Gold Squadron, Dutch Vander;'s wingman)

Telsij (Gray Squadron, Horton Salm's wingman)

I personally would love to see a new Title called " BTL-S3 " that grants a crew slot to the Y-wing. Lots of people nervous about this idea, having a crew, astromech, and turret. I say what the hell. It will be OK. Just price it accordingly. Can't be any worse than the other stuff people complain about!

That would naturally lend itself to the following:

A Y-wing pilot card for Derek "Hobbie" Klivian and Crew card (some kind of gunner) for Wes Janson (Rebel Alliance "True Gunner").

Crew cards (similar gunners) for Karie Neth (Telsij's gunner) and Kin Kian (Horton Salm's gunner).

Other Y-wing goodness would be to make a Modification card called " Y-wing/Longprobe " that grants the System upgrade icon to a " BTL-A4 Y-wing only ".

Clearly there are some cool new Y-wing pilots to be explored from Rogue One. I have the " Rogue One: Ultimate Visual Guide " en route, so I can study up on who's who from the new people.
