The new forums are way too bright in all their whiteness. The dark mode theme has been nerfed into oblivion by the FFG nerfmasters. Just like the poor U-boat. Thankfully the Sith have found a way to bring darkness to the light.
It's only for people who use Firefox. But you should be using Firefox anyways. Use the Color That Site! plugin

You can mess around with the Foreground and Background color/brightness sliders yourself to get the desired effect. Or, you should be able to import the attached text file with the plugin to use the settings I found to work.
When making color edits, you must make them while at community.fantasyflightgames.com so they affect every post in all the forums. If you have any issues or questions, reach out to your local X-wing podcast. Proof.....
