I’m torn between two builds for a tournament next weekend. I’ve played them both and had success with both, but they both have weaknesses. Help me FFG community!

Darth Vader

• Title

• Prockets

Kylo Ren

I liked having Vader as HSCP RAC’s wingman because a focus-less target for vader, especially with prockets, meant some serious damage with arc-dodging still in full effect, the downside being a typically squishy vader. Kylo on the other hand is great for dropping blinded pilots left and right thanks to his synergy with RAC’s ability at least until everyone figures out to stop shooting Kylo and focus on RAC first. Plus, it’s so hard to get guns from the upsilon on targets consistently.

Is a solution to this to go with the best of both worlds? Kylo crew on the deci, drop rebel captive and keep prockets vader?

I did a RAC w/ gunner, HSCP, Kylo crew, title and VI.
Used the title to ram people to keep one person from firing on my and threw out those blinded pilot crits pretty often via the action from Dauntless. It was fun while it lasted. Echo was his wingman.
