I'm somewhat new and really trying to make a TIE swarm work for me (maneuvering problems aside). In my local group people are somewhat meta inspired in their lists (Dengaroo, Palp aces etc.).

How's this list?

Not sure what's more effective. Snap Shot or Crack Shot?

Snap shot on just two TIEs really isn't the best, especially as they have no way to modify, or benefit from, the Snap Shots.

I would much rather put on crack shot on the two with Snap, put Wired on instead of crack on Zeta, and maybe downgrade Scourge and MM (and drop the shield upgrade and swarm tactics) in order to make room for another generic. Makes for a much stronger swarm list, in my opinion.

However, if you want to keep the mini swarm, I still think that fewer upgrades on your pilots is better. And you might get more mileage out of TIE F/OS, rather than base TIEs.
