Cassian says YOU (the ship) may remove a stress token from another ship.
Kyle crew (on said other ship) triggers when YOU (the ship he's on) remove a stress token.
Does this mean that Cassian doesn't trigger Kyle's card ability?

Next time quote the actual card text instead of paraphrasing. You probably would have answered your own question with the exact wording.
Kyle Katarn does not trigger after Cassian Andor's pilot ability.
However, if Cassian Andor has Inspiring Recruit and Ship B has Kyle Katarn AND 2 stress tokens; Inspiring Recruit allows Ship B to remove the second stress token and trigger Kyle Katarn.

I'm not sure that it would work that way. Cassian with Inspiring Recruit is the ship that is removing both of the stress tokens so Kyle on Ship B would never trigger.
Look at how Inspiring Recruit is worded. It allows a ship that removed one stress token to remove a second one. Ship B doesn't remove the first token in your example or otherwise Kyle would have triggered.
I wasn't very clear. This is what I mean:
Cassian (or any other ship with a crew slot) is equipped with Inspiring Recruit. We'll call it Ship A. Ship B is equipped with Kyle Katarn. Ship B has two stress and executes a green move, or does something else to remove its own stress. Inpsiring Recruit on Ship A allows Ship B to remove 1 additional stress, triggering Kyle on the second stress token.
My point was that Inspiring Recruit is the only card that works with Kyle Katarn in this way.

Thanks for clarifying.

I'm aware of the wording. Just wanted to make sure my interpretation was correct.
Thanks for for the response.
