That is correct. I'm assuming your in North America. FFG customer service goes thru Asmodee. You can use the following link:

Select Component Defects and follow that link, but they lead to the same place as the one I originally posted. Personally, I would try them first to see what they say. It sounds like you've done a decent amount of business with FFG.
