Hello friends and forum buddies, how are we doing this week? I had a birthday and got to play two games, not too shabby.

Anyway question of the week what is your fav wave 3 ship? (For what it is worth, the Aces packs for imps and rebels can be included if there is a debate with the pilots)

It's the TIE Bomber for me. I loved them in ESB and I'm always looking for ways to get them in my lists. In game, I love that 5K!

The B-wing is the ship that scratched my eyes enough to buy this game. I've always loved it.

Happy Friday! I agree with the B-Wing, one of my first competitive lists I totally net decked to see how it worked: red daggers (2x Red squadron x-wing, 2x dagger squadron B wings with advanced sensors). They were even the first ones I modded with the magnetic mount so they spun around the peg. Invert for the K!

So Wave III includes the Shuttle, HWK, B-wing, and TIE Bomber ... I'm gonna have to say the HWK-290.

Lambda, absolutely. When the game came out, I really wanted TIE Interceptors. After those arrived in Wave 2, my only remaining must-have ship was the Lambda.

I woke up thinking it was Saturday! Had to rush to get to work!

I have to say HWK because it's the only WIII ship I have, but I have two of them mainly for use with Most Wanted! I am working my way into a Rebel collection, but looking at newer ships with mainly the K-Wing my nod to the past.

Getting together next week with the guy who got me started on X-Wing at the local store. Life is good!

Happy Friday!

Last night I got to test out Mario Kart again. We tried a new track and a bunch of new rules. It was not an ideal situation, but we it was good to learn what needed to be tweaked to make it run better. Stock Car racing should not involve X-wings. We had a good time.

One father and son combo from last week showed up and played the race with us. It was fun. They also stated they downloaded and started HotAC! They were off to buy a stack of Imperial ships for the campaign. Good stuff!

My favorite Wave 3 ship is obviously the Tie Bomber! What a great ship! So versatile and useful.

None of these links work for me. Mine has to be my cow painted lambda shuttle that you see pictures of floating around that my wife painted.

I love the Lambda. It upsets me to see them being abused with cowpaint, much the way it would upset me if someone painted an cow with a tub of white emulsion :'(
