It was stated to be so by Michael Gernes of FFG when he was asked at FFG HQ a little while back.

Expect it to be part of an offical FAQ/Errata, when that is released... But its technically not official until that moment.

I mean, if you follow the link provided there, it shows, literally, all of the information we have on it, to be taken or ignored as you will...
