Typical Soontir Fel is golden. I want Turr to be better than he is. Veteran Instincts will not serve you as well as push the limit, turr's ability going off earlier typically won't save you as well as having the possibility to "turtle up" with focus and evade if you are in a bad spot. When you are in a position to use turr's ability to effectively arc dodge, you may as well take one action and the take 2 in the combat phase.
Echo. There is no ship in the game that can dance like echo. Ps 8 being the new typical ace skill makes echo very useable (in my opinion). She needs veteran instincts and advanced cloaking device to survive. Agent Kallus is a good call. If you don't have the points for fire control system, or if you aren't yet comfortable maneuvering her decloaks then collision detector isn't a bad option at all. I don't know if you have the points to give all of these three pilots the equipment they need to survive well. Are you open to switching any of them out for a lesser cost ship?
i want to get back to using echo, (recently ive been running vader instead) i would like to stick with Stygnium but anything else on echo is up for the take, do you think VI would help?
Echo without VI and ACD.... You, sir, are a braver man than I.
If you are sticking with the stygium then the best I can come up with for echo's load out is something like this:
Echo (39 or 40)
-VI (still important to shoot early with any phantom, even if they aren't recloaking)
-Sensor Jammer (ups your survivability while decloaked)
-SPA (as you requested to keep on, it isn't a bad choice, free evades are nice)
-Agent kallus OR Recon Specialist (Kallus is great as he doesn't use your action, but recon specialist works against every opponent and makes your attack better because you can spend a focus and still have focus/evade/Sensor jammer on defense)

Well, since you're not running advanced cloaking, you want to move after your opponents, so Soontir fel and echo both appreciate a bid. If you're running 35 point Fel and 39(40) point echo then you have 26(25) points left. Not a lot of room there. You can fit omega leader with 39 point echo, but you wouldn't have a bid. You could try running Countdown as a blocker with Ailerons and Hull upgrade he would only be 23 points, which would leave a bid. If you ran 39 point echo then you could fit VI lightweight frame Pure Sabacc with a 1 point bid, a good pilot to mess with your opponents targeting priority. That sounds entertaining actually as you would have a pair of 4 attack ships AND Soontir Fel.
Call me crazy, but what about Zeta Specialist (TIE/sf) with FCS and the title? Comes in at 25 points and has a respectable 3-dice attack. With Echo's crazy decloak you may need to move your ships in suboptimal places, which is where the TIE/sf aft arc could help keep pressure on the enemy. Mostly it's just a very straightforward fighter to balance the mind acrobatics you have to do flying Echo. It only gives you 1 point initiative bid if you take Kallus, so maybe not the best, but I'd run it.

here you Have disco dance ships. Both whispers Have CIA agent so if you place well your phantoma you should reach Range2 to all ships of opponent. Colision allow you to decloak over ships and rocks so in game you can be anywhere you want. Sabacc is a additional dancer with AA. So as math eye - 12dice from range 3 / if ACD triggs - 11green dice. A lot of information. And incredible movement option. After mastering dial you should be invisible for opponent arc
what about lt. Colzet w/ ether FCS or AC + TIE mk2: 24 pts and makes the other ships do slightly more pain?

I like excuses to bring out one of my TIE Advanced. I don't think he brings enough pain on his own, but as a supporter he should do alright.
try'd the list with colzet, even cloaked echo w/ evade token died in 2 turns from TLT then Deci, without echo the list lacks sufficient firepower to chew through shields to make Colzet useful at all
