Deathfire is wasting points on two torps; that's what Extra Munitions is for. Also, also missiles are better than torps and Conner Net is a better bomb than Proximity Mine.

If you're flying Epsilon Leader and Omega Ace together, then either Wired is useless on Omega Ace or you're not using Epsilon Leader's ability.

Soontir without PtL? I don't like that one. I would probably invest in him a little more heavily. He needs a Stealth Device at least, and Autothrusters if you expect to face turrets.

I agree with jmswood about EM on Deathfire. I also don't like Deathfire because he invites heavy investment in a ship with no shields and 2 agility, which can be easily crippled with some bad luck during the roll or while drawing a damage card.

I don't like your selection of Omega Ace. (Without PtL) He needs some kind of support that hands him a target lock so he can focus and use his ability on the same turn. That support could come from Colonel Jendon, a TIE Shuttle with Systems Officer or any other way you can think of. I wouldn't build my entire list around a TIE/fo though. It won't stick around too long if your opponent decides that it's a threat.

Here's what I would run if I wanted to run Soontir + 1xTIE Bomber + 2xTIE/fo fighters:

Soontir Fel + Push the Limit + Royal Guard TIE + Stealth Device + Autothrusters - 35 pts

Scimitar Squadron Pilot + Plasma Torpedoes + Extra Munitions + Guidance Chips - 21 pts

Omega Leader + Comm Relay + Juke - 26 pts

Omega Squadron Pilot + Crack Shot - 18 pts

Unless you want an initiative bid, of course, or want Ion Pulse Missiles on the Scimitar, in which case you'd drop down the OSP to an Epsilon Sq. Pilot.
