N 1 Naboo Starfighter... and GO! (casual play)

Depends on wether "increased firepower" is a part of its description I suppose.

How's this for a title:

"Protector of Naboo"

N-1 only. Title.

When defending, add 1 focus result to your roll for each friendly ship with the "Protector of Naboo" upgrade card equipped.

Might be a tad overpowered with no range limiter. Bring 4 of them, ensure you have a focus, first guy to attack you literally cant hurt you as you have an auto 4evade.

But i like the idea of a title that gets stronger with more ships with it. Maybe put a range limiter, both to softcap the max it can do due to physical space and lessen the thought that they suck until you mass them.

I thought of doing a similar ability for Anakin

Either when defending or maybe when target locked, once per round, either gain 1 evade token or 1 free barrel roll.

or maybe restrict it to the ability only working if he has an astromech?

I'd probably go for a 3/3/2/1 or 3/3/3/1 statline, and give the Rebels access to something akin to the TIE Striker or Fang in terms of point costs. The Rebels could really do with a cheap 3 attack ship IMO.

I'm not experienced enough with the game to comment on the ships themselves, but I would definitely use G8 in a list.

Easiest example would be to make it like the (Captured TIE) all Unique Pilots and all costing over 16 points

Build in the 3/3/2/1 stat line and then allow for modication, tech and astro slots; Allow Shara Bey and Leia Organa to add an elite talent slots. The dial should be a little restrictive.

Still not sure about them having Evade though. hmmm

Design notes and supporting material:
This was designed to be ALMOST an OP supership- but not quite having everything it needs. For instance, the ship's dial wiith a generic R2 astromech would make Soonier Fel green with envy, but the most skiled rebel pilot to use it in canon is Shara Bey, a PS6, forcing her to choose between VI to 8 or PTL for the awesome dial. Or she can run R2D2, leveraging the Ewing-level defensive statline with shield regen- but not only does the ship bring a 2 die primary with no FCS or corran doubletap, the naked dial offers only 6 green maneuvers- a step up from the ewing, if the extra maneuver wasnt another straight. Or it can run the slot-swap droids in my Xwing/bwing ace pack "the Rebelion's Own" (Check it out!) to run Accuracy Corrector or Comm relay in the astromech slot to buff offence or defence, but it's still a cheap swarmer that's too fast to corner well.
And as for spinning, well, that never ends well.
The ship, despite it's low PS pilots, has elite slots on everyone except one of the uniques. Leia has an ability that is a riff off her crew card, but by making it available to herself, her dial opens up immencely even without an R2. Royal Guards are well trained but have little combat experience, bringing an EPT at PS3. And Queen Soruna, ruler of naboo, is no pilot... but she is Queen, and must be protected at all costs, with a subtle twist on Howlrunner's ability.
The R1 astromech is the one that's way too tall for any fighter from clone-wars and later... but the Naboo Fighter is older than that- and despite it's sleeker frame, it officially has an R2-decapitating super-tall astromech slot that should be able to fit one:

I thought about making it N1 only for this reason, but ironically the T70 Xwing also has a bottom-entry astroslot that should be able to fit an R1.
The C1 Series Astromech is the fabled 0 point astromech generic Xwings have been asking for. Trading a shield for a white* Kturn or other red maneuver might be worth it for certian ships under certian circomstances, but mainly it;s a callback to the only named C1 unit in canon- C1-10P, or Chopper from Rebels, who has a crew card.
Aggressing Maneuvers is 1 point to make blocking great again, in a meta full of Glitterstims, Reys, and ZuckussCrew. half the card text is taken u allowing it to be taken by ships that dont have Elite slots, but taking up elites in ships that have them.
High Yield Launchers was developed for the Xwing, but generalized for ALL ships that carry a single torpedo slot. You still have only one shot, but it's 2 points for a Proton, Ion, or Advanced torpedo that gets an extra damage... if it hits. It lowers the risk of a torpedo and raises the reward, even if you dont care about getting Guidance Chips to go with it.

Good feedback guys, thanks, I plan on posting my own pilots and such after I take a read thru Shattered Empire, I want to make sure I add in any pilots from there aswell as Episode 1 pilots, atleast Anakin (love it or hate it) :P
