What are the thoughts on running Poe as a wingman for Dash?

Im currently running the following

Dash, ptl, hlc, kanan, eu and title 58pts

Poe, ptl or predator, autothrusters, bb8, title and primed thrusters 42pts

Looks good. Since you have BB-8, I would be tempted to go with PTL since you can PTL off your BR and then shed the stress on your Green leaving you free to Focus.

With BB8, PTL better i think too. You can get TL. Predator is better if you K-Turn or T-Roll Depends on your playstyle.

I'm 3-1 with this list with wins against Defenders, Palp Aces and double VCX. The loss was a Dengar/Fenn that beat my initiative bid.

BB-8 and Pattern analyzer offer some overlapping benefits so I would prefer 1 or the other but not both. If I was running BB-8 I would take Primed Thrusters or possibly Sensor Cluster. If I was running PA then I would probably take R5-P9 for regen.

What about this pairing, making use of the new scaving crane coming out next week:

This leaves a point if PS is not a big deal at 8, you can swap VI for Lone Wolf. I just prefer the tanky/regen Poe for my play style.

If you are running Poe anyway, give him the Black One title to shave any TLs off himself or Dash. It works repeatedly and only costs 1 point. Here you are spending 5 points for a possible chance to get a reusable countermeasures.

I can see your point. and plus Dash would probably be best suited at range 3 anyway with that HLC, not much use for the crane there. I was playing with a different way to kit out Dash. Been wanting to do a rage/recruit with hi, came up with this:

I realize that rage will shut down the re-position he loves. EI allows a barrel roll and rage. The obvious problem is the extra stress, but I think a well timed rage-roll will allow a good shot, re-rolls on offense, tokens for defense, and then next turn he can get away for a reset. Too many points chasing a bad combo?

The other alternative is to do the Rey and Poe combo. I just prefer the way Dash flies to Rey.

The problem with that setup is that without Kanan, you will be forced back onto the Greens to ditch your Stress.

If you want to try a combo like that, I think Chewie makes a better pilot as you can fit both Kanan and Inspiring Recruit on him. Plus the "Raging Wookie" just sounds cool!

Your mod slot is open so you have various options. EU is not as strong on a PS5 ship so something like Smuggling Compartment, Countermeasures and Burnout SLAM could be interesting (EI is risky with Rage as that is then 3 Stress tokens). I haven't put a Falcon title on since neither are really useful on this build.

What about the crane on Chewie? He would more likely be at range 1-2 without the HLC.
