If ketsu has one hull left and console fire do u know which happens first her ability to TB or roll for the damage.

Ketsu ("At the start of the combat phase") is the same timing as Console Fire ("At the start of each combat phase.") Same timing, player's choice.

That's what I was hoping, thanks. I knew they hit at same time but wasn't sure if there was another layer of ruling that did crits before/after other abilities.
