Curious how easy these minis are to reposition. I love the sculpts but some of the poses seem repetitive. (Would have been great to see generic troop types on a sprue.) I am an experienced modeller but would love some feedback before I dive in with a credit card and a razor.
Reposition
I've found a quick 5-10 second blast with a hair dryer makes them supple enough to re-position (and then a blast of cold water to set). This also makes them soft enough to make cutting/slicing a hell of a lot easier.
That works for me. So they are more a vinyl than a resin. Cool! Can't wait to dive in.
I usually just use hot water. Boil some, put it in a cup or other sizeable container. Dip the figure part as long as necessary and then under cold water after repositioning.
Very nice. I'll give it a shot.
Hi, no I cut the legs off at the hips, then cut a V out of the back of the knees, superglue, greenstuff etc

I thought you had to do a little more. They look amazing.
I'm okay with Rebel and Imperial Troopers having the same poses, but something about the Trandoshans just begged for some re-positioning and modding:
The guns & other accessories are WWII era from a Tamiya set that have been chopped up and reconfigured.
The figures for the most part have been altered using the hot water/cold water method (apart from cutting their original guns out).
