None of them excite me at all, just the 1 of each for the competitionist in me
How many Sabine, Quadjumper, Upsilon to buy?
1 of each for me. Can't see myself running more.
Plus I need to save a bit after going all out (5 and 2) on the Strikers and U-Wing.

Yeah, same here. I might even skip the Bat Wing as I just have no interest in it. Might depend on how much it costs, too. I've got some money stashed away, but if I'm short, that's the first thing to get cut.

You'll never can have enough of her.
Well, we'll get lots of Sabines in all the other ships that don't have her as a pilot yet, too
Jumpmaster, YV-666, Lambda, Falcon...
1 Sabine
1 Quad
2 Upsilon

Nope, the rules actually say you can use any faction dial as long as its the right actual ship
1 TIE, do not need more than one. I mean its unique... and having already lots of TIE l/n.
2 Quadjumpers probably, as I love getting a tugboat, great for scenarios as well and I want to paint them ![]()
Probably no rip-off shuttle.

It's possible to field it without either Captured TIE or Sabine's Masterpiece. Or give one card to one TIE and the other card to the other TIE, and possibly also take one or two more without any cards.
If you wanted to field two, and they happen to be two that share a cardboard base (one character on one side, the other character on the other side), you'd need two sets.
Say, Sabine and Rex were on the same cardboard base, but you wanted both in your fleet.
Even if you actually did field all four, if you already have some imperial TIEs, you could field some of your Rebel TIEs with Imperial paint jobs - so the maximum you'd ever need would be two Sabine's TIE sets.
I'd probably go with one of each.
I can't see any circumstance where you'd want more than two copies of Sabine's TIE assuming you have any TIE Fighters at all. You have two and you can fly all the unique pilots using the two Imperial ones and you'd also have extras of the unique upgrades to trade with your friends or to have as spares.
If you have an unlimited budget, here's what to get to be able to play any combination:
4 Sabines TIES. Sure you can field the imperial version, but is that tournament legal?
3 Upsilon shuttles. Operations specialist. Put 2 of them on 2 TIE bombers and fly with a snap shot swarm.
6 Quadjumpers. The swarm might be a lot of fun.
However, a more reasonable proposition is:
1 Sabines TIE. Really, it's all you need.
2 Quadjumpers. Fielding 2 generics to double-tractor someone before combat is immensely valuable.
1. Upsilon. Hux, Kylo and operations specialist are all fantastic cards in their own right.
2 rebel TIEs, because it allows you to run a mini rebel TIE swarm with all 4 pilots, and they are still TIEs which you can never have too many of.
1 UPS maybe 2 just because it's a gorgeous model and I'd like to paint one.
1 quad jumper. Probably a couple more later on.
3 UPS shuttles of course.
Run all of them with FCS in a list and have fun!
At least one of each then i see if the tie or quad pop up for some strong meta to get other one otherwise i stick wit one of each![]()

Yes, it absolutely is - the only elements that must match your faction are the Pilot card and the ship token (the one that goes in the base, with the stats and arc printed on)
As has been pointed out a few times before - if you have Imp TIE's, then you only need 2 of the expansion to give you all four of the ship tokens (which are of course double sided, which prevents you combining some pilots if you only have one expansion.
If was was inclined towards flying all four rebel TIE pilots in one list (I'm not), I would actually buy two but either repaint one or not use it at all in favour of a Imp one - I would only want the one equipped with the Title to have the psychedelic scheme.

Oh, I have already stated my buying preference in at least one (or two) other threads on this topic - but what the hey:
1, 2, 1 (in the order asked)

Im going with:
1 Shuttle - no reason for more)
1 Quadjumper - you may go for more if you wanna try to swarm them , im not
2 Ties - I feel that i could find an use for 2 of those in some list.
Im such a sucker for multiples of strong ships, with a 4 base attack the upsilon shuttle looks like a win for me, I would probably grab a few just to see how much damage they can take/inflict together in a game.
simple answer.... as many as you can afford
1 gorgeous shuttle with all that mighty wingspan
No Quackjumper
Maaaaybe one yellowish TIE
I'd love to buy three shuttles, two Ties, and one Quack. Realistically I'm starting with one shuttle and I'll see how I go from there
I'll get nothing I think, but I want one of each. First thing to cut is the TIE, looks too much like a gimmick to me and doesn't fut into lists I like. Ups and Quad look cool and have nice stuff.
I have to get HotR first, as now there is more than M9-G8 that I care for in that set (hello Rey crew).
I can't decide between 1 Sabine or 2. Ahsoka and Rex are both great, cheap support ships and I think I might want to run both sometimes but if FFG go on past form, they will likely be on opposite side of the same card.
Maybe I could get away with just buying a second card base.
