Anyone used online store last days?

I made order for all the Arkham Horror expansions, at Jan 11th morning. Via UPS express saver shipment. And did send a letter to [email protected] concerning tracking number of the shipment I need. I didnt recieve any answer and it's Jan 13th already. I made a thread on Fantasy Flight forum in Support section, and noone even VIEWED my message for more that 24 hours. Not even moderators...

So, anyone knows how long will they take to ship my package and answer email? Any bad experiences yet?

This is just ridiculous!

I don't get an answer from support or store mail for 3 days already.

$450 from my credit card approved though... I really start to worry.

I just checked the shopping section of the web page. At the top it says that due to annual inventory, they were pretty much shut down for about 2 weeks. Any oders placed during their hiatus would not begin to be processed until 11 January, which I believe is when you placed your order. You are probably behind all the folks that placed orders prior to that day.

There is a phone number on the contact section f the web page. If you aren't haveing any success with email, try calling. I've never ordered from FFG direct, but some of the other regulars have indicated that they have great customer service.

Calling there from Russia is just too expensive. And I spent a lot already. I did recieve note about my order accepted. I recieved it Jan 11th, just after placing the order. But no news since then.

Aha! I did not realize that you were in Russia. That is really neat. I understand that the phone calls might be a bit expensive, though.
