Originally, I was not going to get any Lieutenants. Now I am thinking of buying...

RtL-Dar Hilzernod (Dragon) and possibly the Kraken, Soris, and Darkwind from Sea of Blood depending on what they look like!

I'm definitely not going to buy them all because I don't think most of them are that cool looking. But Sea of Blood seems to have more potentential for wicked-looking lieutenants.

Did that dragon Lt ever come out? I picked up the non-Avatar-specific Lts (i.e. the Marrows) and the campaign I'm currently running, the Avatar is the Great Wyrm, but I couldn't find his Lieutenant figure anywhere...

Yes, all of the RtL lt minis have been released. You will probably have to get it online or have your FLGS order it.

Curses! My FLGS had all of them BUT that dragon one!

Now if only they had Avatar minis...

IIRC, bot Soris and Darkwind can enter in the campaign at silver level or higher. I will double check for you guys when I get home and look at the cards.
