Does the Empire have an equivalent to refresh a fighter squadron that was used earlier in the turn?

The closest they have in that Regard is Colonel Jendon.

He allows another Squadron, specifically to attack, even if they have already activated, by giving up his own opportunity to do so..

If they havn't activated, that would mean they could attack through Jendon, activate, and in doing so, move + attack (or attack+move) if it is in the Ship Phase, or get their choice of attacking again, or moving, in the Squadron Phase.


Or, of course, if they've already activated - it still allows them to attack again.
